When the flue gas enters the high-temperature combustion chamber, tangential entry and tangential entry of combustion supporting air are used to assist combustion, allowing the gas to fully combust again in the combustion chamber while utilizing the rotating airflow for flue gas dust removal. The residence time of the incinerated flue gas in the furnace is greater than 2 seconds, completely incinerating the combustible gases in the flue gas and the combustible materials in the fly ash. A dry exhaust gas purification device is installed at the upper part of the incinerator to adsorb and treat the hydrogen chloride, sulfur oxides, etc. generated during incineration. The deodorizing and other components in the flue gas are decomposed at high temperatures.

technological process

Garbage and waste are manually fed into the furnace body in batches and quantities, ignited and burned by an ignition temperature controlled combustion machine. According to the three T (temperature, time, vortex) principle of combustion, they are fully oxidized, pyrolyzed, and burned in the combustion chamber of the furnace body. The generated flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber for high-temperature combustion, and then stays in the combustion chamber for 2 seconds to completely burn off harmful gases at high temperatures, fully decompose harmful bacteria, and then remove harmful substances such as dust and acidic gases through equipment. When discharged, it achieves the effect of no odor, no odor, and no smoke. Then, the clean gas that meets the standards is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The ash produced after combustion is manually removed, screened, transferred, and buried.
